| Andrew W. Schor - Managing Partner of Haven Cedar Partners, LLC. Mr. Schor has assembled apartment portfolios aggregating approximately 75,000 units, and has had direct responsibility for the acquisition, capitalization, financing, renovation, marketing and management of those properties. Mr. Schor has been active in real estate transactions throughout the United States, has owned and managed an investment portfolio of properties throughout the country valued at over $3 billion, and has handled all substantive phases of real estate ownership and management. As a lawyer, Mr. Schor practiced extensively with major law firms representing institutional clients in most aspects of their businesses involving securities work, acquisition, disposition, financing, syndication and management of their investment properties. Mr. Schor holds Degrees from Brown University, Oxford University and the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. |
| Rony Karam - Managing Partner of Haven Cedar Group, LLC. Mr. Karam has been active in construction and real estate investment and development throughout the Middle East, the United States and Canada, has built and developed properties valued at over $1 billion. Mr. Karam has handled extensive parts of the construction and development business involving design, project and construction management and financing of the different projects. He has been active in financial analysis and partnership structuring for United States multifamily acquisitions and joint ventures. Mr. Karam is a civil engineer from the University of Notre Dame and holds a business degree from HEC (Paris) and a political science certificate from Sciences Po (Paris). |
| William R. Cutt, Jr. – Serves as Vice President and is responsible for construction, renovation and maintenance operations for Haven Cedar. He has been involved in the multifamily industry for more than 12 years, and has been responsible for the renovation, improvement and maintenance of apartment communities in all of the geographic regions referred to above, on properties aggregating approximately 25,000 units. He has directed a large national program for asset improvement and maintenance, establishing relationships with contractor service providers throughout the United States, and coordinating their efforts with ongoing property management teams where the subject work has taken place. He is an expert not only in construction matters, but also in directly applying the capital improvement investments to attain the desired financial results from those investments. Mr. Cutt was honorably discharged from the United States Navy and holds a B.S. Degree in Aviation Management from Southern Illinois University. |
| Lisa C. Schor - Serves as Vice President and Director of Asset Management for Haven Cedar. She has acted in this capacity for the past five years, visiting properties, developing and implementing business plans to increase profitability, evaluating and enhancing accountability of staff, and providing due diligence analysis and quality control systems to the operations of the real estate portfolio. She is trained as a registered nurse and has had a long and successful career in medical sales, working for large multinational corporations, including Schneider Medical Devices and Johnson & Johnson. Mrs. Schor holds a B.S. Degree from Vanderbilt University. |
